Got a bunch of boxes of pan pasta in your pantry that you're not sure what to do with? Our notion is quite clever. Try this pasta dish called "Spicy Tomato Pane." Salutations!

Items of ingredients:

1 cup of paprika

2 tablespoons ground red chili flakes

1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

1 teaspoon of milk

panne pasta 3 mugs

Tears from the basil leaves 1/2 a cup

Olive oil extra virgin (divided) 3 tablespoons

rosy tomatoes 2 mugs

salt 1/2 tsp

1/2 tsp divided black pepper

1/2 teaspoons of finely sliced tiny onions

1 tomato coarsely chopped

1/2 cups finely sliced mushrooms

Procedure:

  • Set the oven's temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Cherry tomatoes should be tossed with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper before being roasted in a single layer on a baking sheet for 90 minutes, being careful not to brown.
  • Tomatoes ought to be juicy and sun-dried, without becoming brown. This is something you can accomplish in advance. When the tomatoes are nearly done, place a big pot over medium heat with the remaining olive oil.
  • Fry the onion for 60–90 seconds, or until aromatic. Add the remaining salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. After adding the chopped tomatoes, simmer for an additional four to five minutes, or until the tomatoes are tender. Add milk, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms.
  • Meanwhile, fill a big saucepan with salted water and bring it to a boil.
  • Once cooked, lower the heat and raise the temperature to a boil.
  •  Pasta should be added to boiling water and cooked for one minute, With one cup of the pasta water reserved, drain the pasta.
  •  Simply add the undercooked pasta to the milk tomato sauce and heat, stirring constantly, until the pasta is cooked.
  • When necessary, add a tablespoon or two of pasta water at a time to thin the sauce. Add the broken basil leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss once more and serve!
