Two generously sized chocolate chip cookies.

Only two chocolate chip cookies, rich and buttery in the center, and slightly crispy on the sides. They are quite tasty and thick enough to get stuck in your teeth.
Two chocolate chip cookies, large and fluffy.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons softened or slightly melted butter
  • Three tsp of well-packed brown sugar
  • One and a half tablespoons of white sugar
  • one-fourth teaspoon vanilla
  • One yolk from an egg
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour (around 60 grams)
  • One tsp cornstarch
  • One-fourth teaspoon of baking soda
  • One-fourth teaspoon of kosher salt
  • one-fourth cup chocolate chips

HOW TO USE:

Set oven temperature to 350 degrees. Beat together the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and butter until well mixed.

This mixture should make enough for two large cookies plus a little dough for breakfast.https://globtouch.blogspot.com/Roll the dough into two balls and place on a baking pan. (Thank you very much).

If you'd like, top the cookies with additional chocolate chips.

Depending on the temperature of your oven and the desired amount of gooey center in the cookies, bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Allow the cookies to cool and solidify for a little while. I placed them on the pan and set a timer for ten to fifteen minutes.

They should be able to move to a plate at this time so they may have a warm, delicious dinner on the couch, or they can even be held in your hand.

Oh, how delicious it is.
